Marcus Kim is the mass spectrometry specialist for Agilent Technologies in Canada where he brings over 15 years of experience helping a wide range of clients across a broad diversity of applications and needs with technical expertise, applications development and expert market knowledge. His specialties include the application of gas and liquid chromatography, mass spectrometry, sample preparation in characterization, quantitative analysis and method development of complex samples. Marcus received his Bachelor’s degree from York University and a Ph.D. from McMaster University with a focus on analytical chemistry, polymer characterization and modelling hydrodynamic flow through supported polyelectrolyte hydrogels for protein chromatography. Marcus is a coauthor of eight peer reviewed scientific papers, two book chapters, is a frequent guest lecturer and a patent holder.
