Presentation Guidelines

Platform presentations: Presentations are 12 minutes, followed by a 3-minute question and discussion period. PowerPoint or PDF presentations on USB stick are to be submitted at the Registration Desk on Thursday evening, the morning or lunch break of the meeting. The programming decisions will be concluded by May 20th, 2023 and you will be informed by email of the decision regarding your submitted presentation(s). 

 

Posters: Poster dimensions: 4’ tall and 3’ wide. Poster set-up will take place from 7:30 am to 8:00 am on June 19th.
